About Snow Tree Pines C

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably and has lovely mountain views. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, as well as a futon. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Keep warm with a wood burning fireplace in the living room with a pullout couch. Enjoy our free WIFI, Direct TV, and full streaming capabilities. DVD's and Nintendo Wii games have been provided for your use as well as a washer/dryer. Unit is Steps from the Moover Shuttle or a short 3 minute drive to the mountain! The amenities center includes a hot tub, sauna and small gym.
PROPERTY LOCATION: Snow Tree Lane, West Dover, VT

Summer Long Term: (thirty days or more) include utilities with a cap of $100 per month. Tenant pays for end of season clean and linens (if desired). $1700/mo.

Short Term rentals: (less than thirty days) includes utilities and departure clean. Bed linens and bath towels are set up for your arrival. Daily maid service is not provided. Renter to be charged for linen set up. Limited start-up supplies are provided (toilet tissue, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, fire starters). Tenant pays Service Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Plan, and VT tax.
