This three level unit has three bedroom, three bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. In the primary bedroom there is a queen bed, the main level bedroom has one bunk, and the lower level bedroom has a queen. Bonus room features a foosball table and a sleep sofa. Relax after a day on the slopes in the indoor hot tub. There is also a sports center available to the guests where they may enjoy an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, racquetball/basketball courts, as well exercise equipment. Reservations are required. Timber Creek also has a cross country center on site and a variety of great trails to snow shoe or cross country ski on. Enjoy shuttle service to Mount Snow on weekends and holidays.
PROPERTY LOCATION: 178 White Oaks Loop, Dover, VT. There is parking for two cars.

Short Term rentals: (less than thirty days) includes utilities and departure clean. Bed linens and bath towels are set up for your arrival. Daily maid service is not provided. Renter to be charged for linen set up. Limited start-up supplies are provided (toilet tissue, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, fire starters). Summer Long Term: (thirty days or more) include utilities with a cap of $100 per month. Tenant pays Rent, Service Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Plan, Security Deposit, End of Season Clean and Linens (if desired). $3300/mo.
