$25,000 This bright two level unit townhouse is located in a community just across from Mt. Snow's main entrance. It has three spacious bedrooms, a bonus room, two full bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, mudroom, ski locker, and a deck with a subtle winter view of the slopes. There is weekend and holiday shuttle service to Mount Snow and access to a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball, sauna & weight room. Reservations are required. Timber Creek also has a cross country center on site and a variety of great trails to snow shoe or cross country ski on. $25,000.
PROPERTY LOCATION: 43 White Oaks Loop, Dover, VT. There is parking for two cars.

Winter Seasonal: Rental includes Plowing, Trash, and Firewood. Tenant pays Electric, Gas, Cable, WiFi, Hot Tub Contract, and Clubhouse. LINENS: Linens are NOT included in rental. $25,000.
Additional seasonal rental charges: Utility Deposits (based on specific property), 5% Service Fee (based on rental rate), Security Deposit ($1000 or 10% of rent, whichever is greater, unless otherwise specified), Accidental Rental Damage Plan, End of Season Cleaning Fee (based on specific property), Clubhouse Fee (if applicable), Linen Set-Up (if requested), and Hot Tub Contract (if applicable).
