This 4 bedroom plus den with 3 and a half bathrooms will sleep 12 people comfortably. Home has fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Complete with dishwasher, washer / dryer, Jacuzzi bath tub, Gas stove, and deck with gas grill. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a great day on the slopes. Location allows for easy access to VAST snowmobile trails. PROPERTY LOCATION: 615 Route 100, Stratton VT 05360 Winter seasonal: Rental includes Hot Tub Contract, Plowing, and Trash Removal. Tenant pays Electric, Gas, Cable, and WiFi $19,500 (1/2/24-4/15/24). LINENS: Linens are NOT included with rental.
